These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of TAPstudyclub.org (the “Site”).

This Site is owned and operated by Tucson Airway Providers (TAP) Study Club.

By using the Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Tucson Airway Providers (TAP) Study Club and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, videos, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

All content within the Tucson Airway Providers (TAP) Study Club library (including links to videos hosted by outside services) is provided for education and informational use only. All content is subject to copyright protection and belongs to their respective owners. Retention, duplication, distribution, or modification of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited by law. Members, or anyone viewing the video library, are not permitted to use any of the content presented for any purposes outside their own personal education.

Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third party sites before using these sites.

Limitation of Liability

Tucson Airway Providers (TAP) Study Club and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Tucson Airway Providers (TAP) Study Club provides video recordings for educational purposes only.

The views expressed in presentations made at TAP study club meetings or other TAP study club events are those of the speaker and not, necessarily, of the TAP study club. Presentations at TAP study club events/meetings, or the presence of vendors at TAP study club events, does not constitute an endorsement of the vendor or speaker's views, products or services. With regard to any information presented by a speaker or third-party at any TAP study club event, TAP study club does not make any warranty, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and specifically disclaims any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, product, service or process presented and makes no representation that its use would not infringe upon privately owned rights.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sate of Arizona.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent of invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

TAPstudyclub.org (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Tucson Airway Providers (TAP) study club.

Purpose

The purpose of this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of our Site of the following:

  2. Use of collected data;

  3. Who has access to the data collected; and

  4. The rights of Site users.

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to the Terms and Conditions of our Site.

By using out Site users agree that they consent to:

  2. The collection, use, and retention of the data listed in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data We Collect

We only collect data that helps us acheive the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional data beyond the data listed below without notifying your first.

Data Collected in a Non-Automatic Way

We may collect the following data when you perform certain functions on our Site:

  1. First and Last name;

  2. Email address;

  3. Phone number;

  4. Profession;

  5. Any additional information entered into forms by the User.

This data will be collected when using the Contact forms on our Site.

How We Use Personal Data

Data collected on our Site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

The data we collect when the user performs certain functions may be used for the following purposes:

  2. Provider Listings (if requested by the User)

Employees

We may disclose user data to any member of our organization who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

  1. If the law requires it;

  2. If it is required for any legal proceeding;

  3. To prove or protect our legal rights; and

  4. To new or potential leaders of TAP Study Club in the event that we seek to turn over control of the organization.

If you follow hyperlinks from our Site to another site, please note that we are not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.

How Long We Store Personal Data

User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved.

If you submit data to be used in our Provider Directory, the data will be kept until you contact us and request your listing be removed.

Protecting Your Personal Data

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of use data beyond what is reasonably practical.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from persons under 18 years of age.

How to Access, Modify or Delete Data Collected

It is up to our users to make sure that any data submitted for use in our Provider Directory is correct and kept up to date. It is not the responsibility of the TAP Study Club to verify or correct data submitted.

If you have submitted data to the TAP Study Club for use in our Directory and would like that data to be modified or deleted, submit your request via our Contact Form.

Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy we will update the “Effective Date” at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates.
